Today is the 75th anniversary of the first flight of the Saab J29 Tunnan! What better way to celebrare it than building your own version?

Once again Jan Sairanen proves that he's one of the greatest model builders there is.. He took the Tarangus SF37 in 1/48 scale, made his own decals and built a true masterpiece!

Although the SF37 is no longer available from us, all parts are in the JA37Viggen kit to make the phote recce Viggen.

We test-built the new J 29F Tunnan before delivery. This time under time contraint (4 hours) using only glue, a carpet knife and packing tape! Still came out really nice, what do you think?😊

Paul Andriessen has built the TA4803 Saab JA 37 Viggen in a natural metal finish. An absolutely beautiful build and we're very greatful that Paul shared his excellent work with us, so we could share it with you!

It's not very often we get the pleasure of building our own products in peace and quiet.. Due to Covid-19, I've had the chance to build both Lansens in 1/48 scale simultaneously and it's been so much fun!
