These mixed crews, brought together through RAEX, closed the project the best way possible by sharing the same finish line. And while this marks the final race, it’s not the end of the connections, growth, and progress built throughout RAEX.

Since 2024, our club has proudly been part of the RAEX project (Rowing Against Exclusion), and in 2025 we truly felt its impact. This year brought so many positive changes to our club on and off the water.

Through RAEX, we stepped into new waters with coastal rowing, built strong bonds, and shared unforgettable experiences with incredible people from our partner clubs in Italy and Cyprus. We also saw new crews blossom within our own club - connections that might never have formed without this project.

From training together through the cold Swedish winter to rowing under the scorching sun in Cyprus, RAEX has shown us the power of inclusion, teamwork, and shared passion.

Thank you to everyone who made this year so special. We’re incredibly grateful for the journey so far and can’t wait to see what 2026 with RAEX will bring us. 🚣‍♀️✨

Big day for MRK as we took our new (to us) 8+ out for its first row yesterday. We’re really happy with it and glad to add another boat to the boathouse.

Under november har vi kostnadsfria prova-på-dagar för dig som är 65+
Oavsett tidigare träningsvana är du varmt välkommen att delta. Träningen anpassas efter dina förutsättningar – målet är rörelseglädje och gemenskap på dina villkor.

Prova-på-dagar:
Torsdag 13 november kl. 10.00
Tisdag 18 november kl. 10.00
Onsdag 26 november kl. 14.00

Så går träningen till:
Vi börjar med uppvärmning inomhus på roddmaskin och ger oss sedan ut i kanalen med nybörjarvänliga båtar.
Ta med kläder som är lätta att röra sig i och håller dig varm och torr ute på vattnet.
Observera att träningsrum, omklädningsrum och dusch ligger en trappa upp, och att hiss tyvärr saknas.

Simkunnighet är ett krav.

Hitta till roddklubben:
Vi finns på Slussplan 1, Malmö. Närmaste busshållplatser är Slussen (ca 300 m) och Malmö C (ca 900 m). Parkering för bil och cykel finns utanför klubbhuset.

RAEX project Rowing Camp 🇨🇾 has come to an end, and what a week it’s been!
From the excitement of rowing in mixed boats 🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️, to exploring the beauty of Cyprus, every day brought new challenges and unforgettable memories. The best part? Meeting and connecting with everyone from our partner clubs Rowing4fun and Limassol Nautical Club 🤝—sharing strokes, laughs, and experiences both on and off the water.
