Yesterday, a legend passed away.
Alain wasn’t just a beloved friend of ours; he was the man with the biggest heart behind the bar, a mentor to so many, and a person who will be deeply missed by the global community.
He always brought an undeniable passion, creativity, and light to every shift, leaving an impact on everyone fortunate enough to sit at his bar or stand by his side in the well.

Not so long ago, was buzzing, and the drinks felt like a trip straight from Downtown Dubai!
Alain Al Achkar from Dubai's Amelia Lounge took over the bar at Barsseria Astoria, and clear ice was the star of the night.
