The workplace has changed.

People aren’t just managing deadlines anymore.
They’re managing constant notifications, uncertainty, information overload, difficult conversations, back-to-back meetings and the pressure to perform in an environment that rarely slows down.

And from what we’ve seen through our corporate work, one of the biggest challenges isn’t productivity. It’s emotional regulation.

Because stress, frustration, self-doubt and mental overload don’t stay in the background. They affect focus, communication, decision-making and confidence.

That’s why I’m so excited that Natalia, one of our BeSophro Sophrologist and specialist in workplace wellbeing, resilience and emotional intelligence, Natalia, has created our new Managing Pressure at Work programme.

It’s practical, accessible and designed for real life. Short Sophrology exercises that can be used between meetings, before presentations, while travelling, or whenever pressure starts to build.

Not another theory-heavy wellbeing programme.
Just practical tools to help professionals stay calm, focused and resilient when it matters most.

If you’ve ever wished you could respond more calmly under pressure, comment “RESILIENCE” and we’ll send you our free audio practice, Building Resilience, designed to help you release tension, regulate stress, improve focus and reconnect with calm, wherever you are.

‼️In more than 20 years of this work, the people closest to burnout are almost never the ones who look like they’re struggling. They’re the ones holding everything together.

That’s the quiet trap. The better you are at coping, the longer your body has to shout before anyone notices, including you.

You don’t have to wait until it shouts.

Comment CALM and I’ll send you a free 10-minute practice to start.

What’s the first thing to go when you’re running on empty, your sleep, your patience, or your sense of humour?

‼️These are the 5 things I prioritise for my mental and physical health, as a busy mum, business owner, and Sophrologist. Not because I have it all figured out. Because Sophrology taught me what happens when I let these things go.

If you found this useful, follow for practical Sophrology tools that fit into a real, busy life.

June is when a lot of people start thinking about holidays. But taking time off and actually recovering are not always the same thing.

If you often come back from a break feeling like you need another one, your nervous system may need more than rest, it may need recovery.

Comment RESET and I’ll send you my free 8-minute Travel Reset Sophrology practice, designed to help your body release tension, switch out of stress mode and arrive feeling more present, before your holiday even begins.

‼️“I don’t even feel stressed anymore.” - in 20 years of practice, that is the sentence that stops me most.
Because science has a name for what’s actually happening.

Cortisol blunting and impaired interoception - the body conserving what little it has left.
Your body didn’t stop talking but you lost the ability to hear it.
Which sign on slide 5 felt most like you?

Comment RESET and i’ll send you the practice that starts to rebuild that connection. You only need 5 minutes, that’s enough to begin.

One of the reasons I love Sophrology is that it doesn’t ask you to choose between mind and body. It works with both.

Not by talking about calm. By practicing it.

That’s why so many people are surprised by how quickly they start noticing the difference in everyday moments, before a meeting, during a stressful week, or when they wake up at 3am.

Follow for practical tools to build resilience, improve sleep and regulate stress and comment PRACTICE and I’ll send you a short Sophrology exercise to try whenever you need a reset.

‼️After 20 years, here’s what I noticed: nobody slows down because they decided to. They slow down because something made them.
Sophrology is how you make the choice before the choice is made for you. Stress, sleep, a nervous system stuck on - 10 quiet minutes can start to change all of it.

Comment ‘STILL’, and I’ll send you the short practice my clients and I use to switch off.

‼️I think this is why so many people are confused when they finally take a holiday, get through a big project, or reach the thing they’ve been working towards...

They expect to feel better. And sometimes they don’t. Because what they were missing wasn’t time off.

It was recovery, but real recovery.

The kind that helps the body come out of constant alertness, reconnect with itself, and remember what it feels like not to be “on” all the time.

That’s one of the reasons we created the FREE 4-day Spring Resilience Challenge that starts tomorrow, 8th June.

Not to teach people how to push harder. But how to pause, regulate, recover and build resilience in a way that actually fits into daily life.

From tomorrow, 4 lovely Sophrologists, including me, will guide you through 4 live on zoom sessions exploring emotional regulation, resilience, values, boundaries and nervous system wellbeing.

If you’ve been feeling stretched, overwhelmed or like you’re running on empty lately, this is for you.

Comment RESILIENCE and I’ll send you the free registration link before we close the registration (available to signup only until Sunday 7th June, 23:59 UK time).

Looking back, I think we often underestimate what can happen when we stop trying to have everything figured out.

Some of the most important decisions in my life made very little sense on paper at the time. They only made sense years later.

I’ve learned that resilience isn’t always about certainty. Sometimes it’s about staying connected to yourself long enough to hear what wants to come next.

That’s one of the reasons we created the free Spring Resilience Challenge. Because life rarely slows down long enough to give us clarity, and we have to create that space ourselves.

So if you’re in a season of change right now, and you’d like practical tools to help you navigate uncertainty with more calm, clarity and confidence, comment RESILIENCE and I’ll send you the link to join our free 4-day Spring Resilience Challenge.
