Really interesting article. Mother nature doesn't do s*xual equality, especially not with the immune system! Men are much more likely to get serious Covid than women and 'Man Flu' really does exist.
Men's immune systems also show signs of ageing (at approx 60 yrs) 5 to 6 years earlier than a women's. Women also mount a much more robust response to vaccination than men.
It's all to do with genes for immunity being on the s*x chromosomes.
