Close the gender gap and demand that payrise. 💪🏻💰

Hollywood icon Katharine Hepburn demanded a pay rise before she even stepped on set for her first film, “A Bill of Divorcement”. She asked for an amount which would have been given only to famous actors at the time and for which many would have never dared to ask. The studio heads accepted.

Women are still battling gender pay gaps and financial equality today, with over 78% of companies in the UK acknowedging a pay gap in favour men.
