We all have heard of projects. People used to say that they did that project, this project and these were the issues they encountered and these were the outcomes of the projects. But do We really understand what a project is about and what characteristics inherent in the word “Project”..?.

As per the PMBOK guidelines, a project is a temporary endeavor, with a beginning and end, in aiming the creation of a unique product, service, or result.

Well, as per the definition, most of the things we do in day-to-day life can be classified as projects, though We do it unknowingly.
