26-28 July 2022: Successfully Concluded Short Course in Manufacturing of Plastic Products for National Company for Mechanical Systems (NCMS)

OUTLINE OF TECHNICAL SKILL CERTIFICATE EXAMINATION INJECTION MOLDING CLASS 2
1. Contents of examination
Technical Skill Certificate examination consists of written exam and practical exam.
Written exam is under the license from JAVADA (Japan Vocational Ability Development Association).
 Written exam
Written exam is aimed to judge not only the theoretical knowledge level but also the capability of practical operation procedures. Fifty questions are asked in the exam time of 1 hour 40 minutes.
 Practical exam
Actual practical operation skill is examined. Contents and targets of this are openly announced prior to the exam. The standard time of this exam is 2 hours 30 minutes.

2. Qualification to take examination
 HIPF trainees in /after the 3rd semester in which Injection molding subject is taught
 HIPF graduates
 Those who have more than 2-year practical experience in the field of injection molding as operators, engineers, technicians, managers, supervisors, trainers, researchers and so on.

Note: Only examinees who have passed the written exam and have paid the practical exam fee are eligible to take the practical exam. Once examinees pass the written exam, they can take the practical exam any number of times by paying the practical exam fee each time.

3. Application and examination
 Date: Twice a year (Date and Time will be announced about 4 weeks before the written exam.)
 Venue: HIPF Workshop1 (Injection)
 Examination fee: Written exam: 115 SAR (VAT included), Practical exam: 690 SAR (VAT included)
