بالرغم من أني مقتنعة تماما انه الواجهة الخارجية المدروسة للمشروع هي نتاج مخططات مدروسة,
لكن في هذا المشروع، كانت المشكلة في الواجهة فقط.

كان العميل على وشك البدء في التنفيذ، إلا أن الواجهة لم تكن تحمل هوية واضحة أو توازن بصري.

تم العمل على نفس المخطط بالكامل، دون أي تعديل في المساقط،
مع التركيز على إعادة تشكيل الكتلة وتنظيم العناصر المعمارية.

والنتيجة كانت تحولًا واضحًا في جودة الواجهة وانسجامها.

إذا كان لديك مخطط جاهز ولكنك غير مقتنع بالواجهة، يمكن تطويرها دون البدء من الصفر.

أما إذا كنت في بداية مشروعك، فإن التصميم المعماري المدروس منذ البداية هو ما يصنع واجهة متناسقة ومتكاملة.

Jazan Breeze is a courtyard-centered villa designed as a private oasis for family life. All rooms turn inward, enhancing comfort, privacy, and connection. Its exterior materials reflect the identity of the Tuhama Coast, rooting the design in its regional context.
جازان بريز هي فيلا تتمحور حول فناء داخلي يشكّل واحة خاصة للحياة العائلية. تتجه جميع الغرف نحو الداخل لتعزيز الراحة والخصوصية والترابط. وتعكس خاماتها الخارجية هوية ساحل تهامة، لترسّخ المشروع في سياقه المحلي

لماذا لا نفكر في امتلاك قطعة من السماء؟
قطعة من السماء لا يعكر صفوها نافذة جار او ضجيج سيارات..
هذا ما يحققه الفناء الداخلي 🤍🤍🤍

We all dream of owning a piece of land
But have we ever thought of owning a piece of the sky?
A piece of the sky that isn’t interrupted by a neighbour’s window or the noise of cars..
This is what can be achieved through the courtyard ( finaa / sahn )
