This is a fraud alert for awareness purposes.
A customer shared a fake payment screenshot and falsely claimed that the payment had been made. Her husband/wife also sent a fake proof of payment and repeatedly insisted to proceed with the delivery. Trusting them, the order was delivered.
However, after delivery, they disappeared and no payment was ever received. It has now been 30 days, and they are still not responding, nor coming to the shop, and no payment has been made.
⚠️ Please be aware: We kindly request all customers to only trust confirmed bank payments. Do not rely on screenshots or verbal promises. Ensure the payment is received in your account before handing over any order.
We usually cooperate and deliver on trust, but unfortunately, such scams are happening nowadays.
