has been a part of our team for three years, he is a dedicated dentist and coach by day and a passionate athlete by night.

He has been working towards his goal of stepping on the podium relentlessly. The time to reap his hard work had come last weekend when he took third place in the Team Rx division

We are all very proud of him and we cannot wait to see what he will conquer next ⏭️🔥

⏳It has been two week since our last comp and the clock is running down on the CrossFit open 2023.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Our athletes and our community is our priority. Whenever they are grinding, competing and putting in the work you will always find us backing them, supporting them and pushing them to grow.

🏆After all no one can achieve big things alone, it takes a well balanced and passionate team to achieve those milestones.

We are ready to put in our best work forward to smash the next goal, so are you?!
