Female patient came in with pain on percussion related to tooth no. 46 # Diagnosis: SAP symptomatic apical periodontist ,chronic apical lesion with sinus track ,after tracing the sinus with gutta percha the lesion was related to 46 # . The root canal treatment preformed on two visit.

Patient came in with spontaneous pain on 14 # on cold . The radiograph show impact canine on both quadrant causing root resorption of #14 #12. The patient is female has 27 years old. After finishing the The root canal treatment referred her to orthodontist to get the appropriate treatment her.

Case of today #47
Patient come to the clinic with pain on teeth #47 and tenders on percussion. Radiograph show broken file on MB canal, with no obturation. First appointment clinging and shaped of other canal with K hand file. I was try after that to remove the broken file and i got success to get out the file from MB canal and come on pulp floor. On my bad luck suddenly the file drop in distal canal , with Gates Glidden burs size 2 widening the Distal or***ce to get clear view of the file, several radiograph was taken. Finally i get successfully get the file out from the canal. On the second appointment the obturation will done.
