Indian Costus known as Qust al Hindi in arabic is super beneficial - the Prophet ﷺ said it contains 7 cures.

It has many benefits such as:

✅ supporting hair growth
✅ easing painful periods
✅ boosting heart health
✅ blood sugar support
✅ heart health support
✅ aids weight loss
✅ kills parasites and fungus
✅ corrects gut issues
✅ detoxes liver & pancreas
✅ destroys black magic
✅ jinns hate it
✅ supports asthmatics
✅ boosts immune system
& much much more.

Lastly, I want to say that people who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not have it and those who are taking blood thinners and suffer from low blood pressure should avoid it or in the very least work with a healthcare provider when using it as it will also lower blood pressure and thin the blood.

Also many people ask about Aristolochic acid and I want to explain here that Aristolochic acid is NOT in Indian Costus.

The reason Saussurea Lappa carries a warning for Aristolochic acid is because in China Saussurea Lappa is call Mu Xiang and used in alot of herbal remedies. However, Mu Xiang is also another name for Aristolochia which is also used in alot of herbal remedies from China. The latter of which is the one that can cause liver cancer.

The Prophet ﷺ said to ‘use Indian Costus’ and there is no better advice than his.
