🌶️BOPIS RECIPE🌶️
Ingredients:
1 kilo pork lungs
1 Knorr Pork Cube
3 dried bay leaves
2 carrots diced
1 labanos diced
1 thumbs ginger minced
1 tablespoon achuete powder
5 red chili choped
1 onion diced
5 cloves garlic minced
5 tablespoons vinegar
2 ½ cups water
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Fish sauce to taste
Boiling ingredients:
8 cups water
5 dried bay leaves
2 tables spoon whole pepper
1 table spoon salt
Procedure:
*In a large pot, boil 8 cups of water and then add the rest of the boiling ingredients. Put the pig’s lungs into the pot and continue boiling for 1 hours.
*Remove the lungs, let it cool down, and then dice into small pieces. Set aside.
*Heat oil on a clean pot. Sauté garlic, onion, and ginger.
*Add the cooked lungs . Cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
Add fish sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
*Pour 2 ½ cups of water into the pot. Let it boil.
*Add Knorr Pork cube and bay leaves. Stir. Cover the pot and adjust the heat between low to medium setting. Continue cooking until the liquid reduces to half.
*Add the carrot labanos, chili , and annatto powder.
*Season with ground black pepper .
*lastly put the vinegar cook for 2mins (do not stir)
*Transfer to a serving plate. add more bell pepper chili for topings (optional)

3 Ingredients- Homemade Egg Noodles
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
STEPS:
In a bowl, combine flour, eggs and salt. Mix till combined. Knead it for 10 mins.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
Divide in half and roll out using a any cutter or pasta cutter.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles for 60 seconds.
Drain, and wash under cold water and set aside. Drizzle with 1 tbsp of oil so it won't get sticky. You can use it immediately or freeze for later use. Enjoy!

Delicious Steamed Rice Cakes
Ingredients:
- 220g rice flour (1 & 3/4 cups)
- 40g tapioca starch (1/4 cup)
- 200ml coconut milk (1/2 can)
- 100g sugar (1/2 cup)
- 180ml warm water (3/4 cup)
- 3.5g instant dry yeast (1 & 1/4 tsp)
Instructions
1. Prepare Batter:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture ferment in a warm area for 1-2 hours until bubbly.
2. Steam Cakes:
- Boil a pot of water and place silicone molds into the steamer to heat up.
- Once hot, stir the fermented batter and carefully pour it into the molds.
- Steam for 10-15 minutes.
Tip: cover the lid with a kitchen towel to prevent water droplets.
3. Serve:
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
