The idea of Heart to Heart started in 2010 from two high school classmates who wanted to change the community around their school,it started to operate around the country in 2014.As year passed the family grow and now is an organization of more than 105 youths around the country with 4 events per years by which they concentrate their efforts on poorest individual and family and mostly kids, youth and women.The mission is to serve by empowering them and to achieve the whole continent
