Every year, Al Amal Palliative Care uplifts families of our patients with holistic education support. On 4 Sept 2026, we provided school materials, food, and uniform fees for the 2026‑2027 academic year. Children and parents expressed deep gratitude for this recurring act of solidarity. 📚💙

On Sunday, AL AMAL Palliative Care carried out home visits with medical specialists who carefully interpreted exam results and planned the way forward, ensuring patients receive evidence‑based care at every step. 💙
Nyarugenge District

This Sunday was a true blessing for Al Amal’s palliative care team and patients as we were joined by Dr. Gilbert UMUHIZI, clinical oncologist at Butaro. Together, we carried out home visits to some of his patients, bringing care, compassion, and hope closer to families. 💙 "

Day 3 at wrapped up with Al Amal presenting holistic . Visitors celebrated the life-changing impact of our services. While three days felt brief for the community, we encouraged continued engagement to our office 177 KN2 Av, Opposite Kigali Pele Stadium.

Day 2 at Nyarugenge 2026:
Over 60 visitors explored Al Amal’s palliative care services, with 47 receiving vital signs checks and registering contacts for future collaboration.
Many left inspired by our commitment to dignified, community-based care.

Al Amal is honored to attend the JADF Open Day 2026 that took place at Imbuga City Walk/car free zone, from June 3 to June 5.

We wish to invite you to visit our stand to learn more about the palliative care services we proudly provide to Rwandan community.

Today, AL AMAL palliative care team joined friends and family of our deceased patient to pay their last respects and honor his memory. The family expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the compassionate support, ranging from home-based medical care and psychological support to financial assistance for funeral services.

AL-AMAL wishes to express its sincere gratitude to the student councils of the high school (CVL) and the middle school (CVC), as well as the administration of the Antoine de Saint-Exupéry Francophone School, for their generous donation. The financial support we received is invaluable and will greatly help AL-AMAL continue to provide support and home-based palliative care for patients with chronic illnesses such as cancer and other conditions.
