You know those moments when you jump into something new and you can already feel it’s going to be special?
That’s exactly what happened on Monday, Sept 22, 2025 when we kicked off the Global Communicator Program with JCI Rwanda & JCI Botswana.
We started simple, each person unmuted, shouting 'Wohoo', 'Yeaah', Riggght hereee' to their profession, then screaming at a hypothetical surprise from the GCP team and the Presidents of Rwanda and Botswana.
But the best part? The food challenge. Yes, to learn communication, it has to be real and practical.
Three groups had to take their parents’ favourite meals, at their parents' wedding party and invent a brand-new dish.
We voted, we laughed, and for a moment—it didn’t feel like an online training at all. It felt like family.
And this was just Day 1. We’ve got 7 weeks, more challenges, and a grand finale at the end.
Honestly? We can’t wait for what is ahead.

Your body communicates 8x more than your words…
Ever lost an opportunity not because of what you said… but how you said it?
Your body language is either opening doors or closing them. Your body speaks before your mouth ever does.
But is it saying “confident leader”… or “unsure beginner”?
Learn to align your body, voice, and words into one powerful message.
That’s what the Global Communicator Program is built for.

The Brotherhood of Men & International Cooperation
One of our members from , Mboumba Terry Sclother, participated in an activity of the local organization JCI Rufisque in Senegal.
Together with the Jaycees there, they have carried out reforestation in a region outside the capital to prevent flooding, because it is important to specify that trees are important for humans and their ecosystem.
And for that purpose, the organization JCI Rufisque made it with the participation of authorities in particular:
- The Ministry of Waters and Forests,
- The prefect of the commune,
- The representative of the Municipal gendarmerie
- The presidents of three other associations and their members.
All responded present and wished that Terry participate to show that the JCI is not only in Senegal but also in Rwanda and everywhere in the world, and that we help the community and not only in training but also in improving the quality of life.
The next day, they also invited him to another activity, which will be a proximity campaign for health and also present the JCI to the populations.
Anywhere you go, there's a Jaycee!
This is one of our pillars - International Cooperation - finding like-minded people everywhere in the world and creating positive impacts together.
Well-done, Terry!

If your voice shakes when you speak, it’s not failure; it’s proof you’ve got something important inside you.
Nerves don’t mean you’re weak. They mean you care.
But caring isn’t enough, leaders need to own the stage.
If your voice still shakes, it’s time to train it into confidence, influence, and presence.
Now imagine transforming that shaky voice into power that makes people listen attentively when you speak.
That’s what the Global Communicator Program does.
