The British Council in India convened a knowledge-sharing symposium on foundational learning, bringing together representatives from 10 countries committed to strengthening learning outcomes for children.
Rwanda was represented by three delegates from the Ministry of Education, who shared the country’s journey in advancing foundational learning reforms. The discussions highlighted how evidence and data are consistently used to track progress, inform decision-making, and improve learning outcomes across the education sector.
The symposium provided a valuable platform for peer learning, collaboration, and reflection among participating countries working towards more inclusive and resilient education systems.
