Our students who were in Silicon Valley earlier this year had an eye-opening session diving into Lyft ’s strategic clarity, internal policies, and purpose-driven competition. The discussion pushed our future founders to look beyond growth, exploring what it takes to build ventures with endurance, resilience, and human impact.
They were challenged to rethink what sustainable entrepreneurship means and how platforms can scale while staying deeply human-centered.
