Through the inner strength from this lady more than thousand and thousands people know yoga through her, some of them become yoga teachers, some of them healing their wounds of trauma that they even don’t know this tool exit and some of them have a chance to practice it once in their life even don’t even know they practice yoga……….and all of this still continues.

Thank you, Yogeswari .azahar, for not giving up even through challenging times. Your inner strength is an inspiration to everyone whose lives you’ve touched, lighting the way for others to find healing, resilience, and purpose through yoga.

Hello dear community! Happy Heroes Day!

After a long wait, we’re happy to inform you that our community classes are back. These are pay-what-you-can classes, so please don’t let finances limit your ability to attend and benefit from mind-body practices.

The classes will take place at Studio our implementing partner, located in Remera, Rukiri 1, at 14 KG 636 St.

Our founder and president Yogeswari paid a visit to our partner organization, Agahozo Shalom Youth Village, where she engaged in meaningful conversations about the impact of AZAHAR Rwanda’s work in the village and explored ways to further expand it

AZAHAR Rwanda is honored to host Jivamukti Yoga Master Classes with Yogeswari, founder and president of the AZAHAR Foundation. Yogeswari is a highly renowned international Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and we are delighted to welcome her as she shares her wisdom with the yoga community in Kigali.

From October 5-11, 2026, we invite you to a six-day retreat in the serene surroundings of La Palmeraie Polo Club. Guided by Yogeswari and Jutta Ariane Mele-Maurer, we’ll move, meditate, and immerse ourselves in the rhythms of Jivamukti Yoga, Moroccan culture, and deep presence.
