🇵🇰 PKAR Leadership Meeting

A productive meeting of all Supreme Organ and Sub-Committees Members of Pakistan Association of Rwanda (PKAR) was held on Sunday, 29th March 2026, at the residence of Chairman Amjad Ali Merchant in Gacuriru, Kigali, Rwanda.

During the session, job descriptions and guidelines were clearly outlined, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities across all committees. The meeting also focused on strengthening coordination, discussing upcoming initiatives, and enhancing community engagement.

Members shared valuable ideas and reaffirmed their commitment to work collectively for the growth, unity, and welfare of the Pakistani community in Rwanda.

The meeting concluded with a strong spirit of teamwork and a clear roadmap for impactful activities ahead.

🇵🇰 Pakistan Day Celebration – Kigali 🇵🇰

Pakistan High Commission Kigali hosted a dignified Flag Hoisting Ceremony on 23rd March 2026 to mark Pakistan’s National Day.

H.E. Ambassador Naeem Khan highlighted Pakistan’s history and sacrifices, while speakers paid tribute to the vision of our Founding Father, .

The event was attended by the newly elected Chairman and team of , reflecting unity and commitment within the community.

PKAR Oath-Taking Ceremony & Eid Milan Party 2026

On 22 March 2026, the Pakistan Association of Rwanda hosted a memorable event at Hope Hostel, Kagugu, Kigali 🇷🇼🇵🇰

Graced by H.E. Naeem Khan, High Commissioner of Pakistan in Rwanda, and the Deputy Ambassador, the ceremony marked the oath taking of Chairman Amjad Ali R. Merchant, along with the executive and sub-committees.

Shields were presented to the previous PKAR leadership in recognition of their outstanding service

With strong participation from the Pakistani community, the event was filled with joy—featuring a delicious lunch, games for kids, and fun activities like face painting
