The earth slipped from beneath my feet as the airplane took off and stretched the cord on which I was to walk. Alone for the first time, I ventured into the unknown. Balancing with a few hundred dollars in my pocket and the support of loved ones, I left behind the magical city of K.. Everything that was dear to me. I set forth to a thrilling adventure, an exhausting trial, a new frontier, a border, a terminator.

As I took my first tentative steps onto the rope, I felt a rush of adrenaline. I knew I had to remain focused and calm. Yet fear, hesitation, and doubt were always been right behind me. No looking back now! With each step, I found my rhythm to keep me on track.

In our journey through the circus of life, we often find ourselves balancing different aspects with finesse and flair. We are challenged to find equilibrium between work and personal life, risks and rewards, stability and change, and to maintain unwavering focus amidst distractions. We put on a performance, showcasing our talents and resilience, striving to stay composed under pressure, and maintaining poise even in the face of uncertainty.

In this high-wire act, finding our balance is paramount. It requires self-trust, the courage to take risks, adaptability to change, and unwavering focus. It's about being mindful of the choices we make and embracing our unique journey with authenticity, even when the winds of change blow against us.

Have I got all those qualities? Was I ready for this? Hardly.

But hey! Let’s embrace the spirit of the equilibrist as we navigate the tightrope of life. Walk the line with courage and self-trust. Find the balance, create our own unique performance, and stay true to ourselves. And remember that we are not alone - we have the support of our own inner strength and the people around us. With this, we can confidently walk the tightrope of life, facing challenges with resilience and grace.

I’m still walking. The show must go on!

Chiaroscuro

The constant struggle between light and dark. The dance between hope and despair. The delicate balance. The essence of life itself. One moment, we're basking in the glow of accomplishment, and the next, we're plunged into the darkness of disappointment. There, between failure and success, we create a sense of purpose and meaning in our lives. Without one, how can we truly appreciate the other?
Lights and shadows paint our lives.

We hide from the sun under a tree on a hot day. We traverse the night by the dotted way of streetlamps. We are the artists of our own canvas. We use the palette of emotions and the brushes of experience to create the masterpiece that reflects our being. Light and shadow create forms and shapes, tell stories, evoke emotions, highlight moments of joy and underline hardships of life.
Life is not always bright and shiny.

We must protect the things we hold dear. Embrace our humanity. In times of darkness, remember that the light will always return to help us stand up for what we believe in. For the friends and loved ones.

Lessons we learn from the dark moments are bringing brightness to our future. So, the next time you find yourself struggling in the darkness, remember that it's just a part of the journey. Remember about the bright things life has. Remember, just like in a painting, it's the interplay between light and shadow that creates the most beautiful and meaningful works of art.
 .
Chiaroscuro can manifest itself in surprising ways, from conveying a narrative to the struggle for justice, from the fragility of life to the beauty in time of hardship. It's often in the moments of darkness that we find our true strength and potential. Regain faith in ourselves. Rediscover our values.

Let's embrace light and shadow, joy and pain, success and failure, and use them to create our own masterpieces. Let's remember that in every moment, there's an opportunity to find beauty and meaning. And as we navigate the ups and downs of life, let’s thank the people who light our way and support us in our journey. It's through their love and guidance that we're able to create pictures of our own and find meaning in the midst of chaos.

Hello, my dear friends!
My name is Artem.
I'm starting my page to see where it will get me.
I invite you to my Instagram account .imate ( https:\\instagram.com\artemfotoperm ) where I share my Goan experience. But I also have other works that I want to share here with you.

Kids photography is my favorite genre amongst everything I do. Kids are candid, they always stay connected to their emotions and bodylanguage creating that harmony between inner state and outer expression which is the key to the beautyful portraits. Kids are natural born models. That's why working with them is so easy for me. Even if their hair is messy and their smile miss half of the teeth they would still come out beatifully in a photo.

Kids inspire me with their energy and creativity. They can do tons of cool poses in a matter of minutes without any direction from me. Because the key to a good pose is feeling comfortable and connected to one's inner state that kids do perfectly on their own. My job is to catch the right moment and look for the right light that I guess I do well. How do you think?

And also parents are more willinng to pay for good photos of their kids. )))

I'll start with my recent work from the kindergarten farewell celebration. The first part with kids performing for their parents was held in a nice cozy place with big windows so it was a great condition for a shoot. But the second part in a cafe was the first place (for three years, mind you) I used my camera flash because of poor light condition. I don't even own a dedicated flash, so I took a napkin to cover built-in flash to get softer light and it turned out just fine actually. Thanks for the practice. )))

I'll post some images here and you can watch the rest in my gallery if you like. I would love to know your opinion.
