Clive Rosfield from the game Final Fantasy XVI 🔥

The protagonist from the latest game by Square Enix. His height (183 cm), bright red jacket, use of a claymore with one hand and fire magic are what makes him stand out. You know him from the art by Yosh*taka Amano, the design is different in the final version in the game.

The suit is made of leather, including the belt and armor straps. There are a lot of small details: pouches, a small belt, cords holding the scabbard and cloak. The designers tried to make this suit realistic, suitable for the camp life of an adventurer. The sleeves are made of aluminum chainmail - this distinguishes our suit from others that use EVA or printed fabric. The armor is printed with Plant-Based Eco Resin, as are both swords. The resin we used is denser than the standard one, which made it possible to make large armor plates so that they hold. All craft parts were printed on Anycubic Photon Mono X in parts and then assembled together. The sword is disassemblable, blade build on magnets, the handle is threaded.

The model for the mask is not a stock one; during creation the emphasis was placed on smooth edges and slim silhouette of the face to avoid bulkiness. One copy was also made based on the art with separate glasses.

The mask is made using 3D printing technology + hot molding visor. The kit includes fastenings, lighting (battery powered) and earbuds for convenience. The version with removable glasses has magnetic fastenings in order to fix the glasses on the mask. Transparent PLA was chosen as the material for the visor and painted after molding. The molding itself is not production - a master mold was modeled and printed in advance, and then a construction hairdryer and quick hands. 😄

Faceshell Spider-Man 🕷

What this is: a mask made of firm material that holds its shape and is needed to give a silhouette to the face under a fabric mask, attach lenses and make breathing/ventilation more comfortable. The faceshell was invented during filming of the first Spiderman with Tobey Maguire.

Our faceshell version is our own unique design. The main difference is better ventilation. Our lenses are also made without glass, which improves facial cooling. The product is printed on a 3D printer, which gives a balance of strength and firmness with low weight. The lenses are resin printed and attached with magnets on top of the fabric mask. Our shells are equipped with soft EVA-foam patches to soften the area of contact with the face. There are different color options that will add exclusiveness to your suit and make the shell less noticeable under thin fabrics.

The Bowsette props set that made by our workshop consists of: a crown and horns (3D printing), bracelets with spikes (casting), brooches with earrings (industrial spares), a bodysuit and a wig. There are configuration options for buyers. We also making this set in two color gamma.

Edelgard Empress costume - post timeskip (Fire Emblem: Three Houses). One of the most impressive projects of our workshop. 🔥

We made the costume and props. Materials and techniques used for making armor and jewelry were mainly EVA foam and 3D printing but there are parts made with casting and laser cutting. Details on the skirt are removable for easy storage, and it also makes it possible to wash the costume. Thanks to 3D printing the voluminous elements of the costume are hollow, which does not add much weight, but they are durable enough. EVA arm and leg details are less bulky than solid craft and look just as good.

This set has been made more than 5 times. 😎

Craft parts are made of EVA and painted in basic colors (the client wanted to "age" them by himself). The main part of fasteners are straps and velcro, which makes the suit easy to clean after regular use.

Our workshop made: backpack, glove, buckle with a chain and badges on the straps of the backpack. Glove and buckle are 3D printed, colored buttons on the glove are made by casting. Backpack and badges are made of a PVC sheet . The buttons and the front of the glove, as well as the backpack, are illuminated. The chain is made of EVA foam.

The Mouth of Sauron was one of Sauron's most devoted servants, serving as his herald and messenger, and as the Lieutenant of the Tower of Barad-dûr at the time of the War of the Ring.

The helmet is made by 3D printing in PLA with manual refinement of details at the request of the customer. The painting deserves special attention - it is done with aging effect and the effect of rust. The workshop also made plates with teeth on the hands (made of PVC).

The bow, the arrow and the protection of the hands were made by our workshop.

The bow is dismantable for easy transportation, made of PVC-plastic and cut by hand, because order was made as a single copy. The tip of the arrow is 3D printed, the main body and plumage are taken from the training arrow. Hand protection is made from EVA-foam.
