Ghana is the rising superpower in Africa, a middle-income country targeting to become a developed country by 2029 according to its Ghana Vision 2020 program. Ghana has successfully escaped from the commodity economy (cocoa) controlled by commodity exchange futures & spot prices, and has probably the most advanced digital economy on the continent now along with 50% services share in GDP. Ghana has also a strategic seashore location for Internet hub, and this country was an early adopter of Internet in 1994.
