Проект показал какой видят столицу 2035 года московские бюро. Это был сильный вызов, который мы были рады принять.

We became the winners of the international competition for the development of concepts for the renovation program of the Moscow city!
The project showed how Moscow bureaus see the capital in 2035. It was a strong challenge that we were delighted to accept.

Дом в некотором роде можно прочитать как метафору к классическим формам. В нем намеками можно увидеть колонны, пилястры, карниз, капители.
Игра недосказанности, но никакой конкретики. Полунамек на карниз, который растворяется на фасаде. Кессонный потолок в конструкции кровли. Шаг капителей подчеркивает их конструктивную функцию, но не находит ответа на другой стороне пролета. Своеобразная ирония.

In terms of architecture, the project of the house could be interpreted as a metaphor of classical forms. Columns, pilasters, cornice and capitals could become visible there.
It is like a game of understatement but without any specifics. A hint of the eaves is being dissolved upon the facade. A caisson ceiling within the roof design. Capitals’ step emphasizes their constructive function, but it does not find the answer on the other side of the span. It is a kind of irony.
