It is with the greatest pleasure that we announce the prepared motion of this year’s edition:

THIS HOUSE SUPPORTS A MULTI-SPEED EUROPE

Also called “two-track Europe” or “variable geometry Europe”, it is the idea that different parts of the European Union should integrate at different levels and pace depending on the political situation in each individual country.

You will have to prepare both sides of the argument, as you will find out which one you are debating on the day of the event.

The wait is almost over! We are very glad to announce that work has been set in motion for the second edition of BSB Open Debate Championship! The organizing team cannot wait to see you all in action again, as well as welcome new teams!
Due to the very hectic and busy year ahead, of which we are sure you are all aware, to make sure the competition is as close to perfect as it can get, we have decided to move the date of the event to a later one than last year. Until then, stay tuned! More exciting news will be revealed!
