Beyond food choices, eating habits also play a crucial role in promoting longevity. Practicing mindful eating can enhance digestion and satisfaction, while maintaining a consistent eating schedule within a 12-hour window may optimize metabolic health.
π240 silken tofu
π480 ml plant besd milk
π8 Medijool dates
π1 tbs vanilla extract
π120 g rolled oats
π4 tbs chia seeds
π4 ripe pears, diced
πa pinch of salt
π4 Medijool dates, pitted and sliced
π2 tbs lemon juice
π4 tbs nuts and seeds dor garnish
1. In a blender combine tofu, 8 dates, vanila extract end milk
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the rolled oats and chia seeds
3. In each of 4 jars, layer diced pears, dates and lemon juice
4. Pour the oat mixture over the pears in each jar
5. Cover the jars wnd refrigerate overnight
