We had a wonderful opportunity today to share the final product of your European project: "Guide to Non-Formal Educational Practices for Inclusion and Coaching". Presenting it during the "Erasmus Plus Projects, Life-Changing Experiences" webinar organized by the Tulcea County School Inspectorate as part of the Erasmus Days celebration it was a significant and rewarding experience. The event provided us an excellent occasion to showcase the outcomes of our work and inspire others in the education community.

A new opportunity to share non-formal education practices developed within the KIS project. A collection of 15 non-formal education methods for inclusion and coaching were presented in the workshop organized by Teachers’ Training Center Tulcea as part of the project of the Ministry of Education.
The participants of the event appreciated the relevance and usefulness of the shared practices, and we have felt that we are on the right track, and the keys for inclusion and success are opening minds and souls, as we thought at the beginning of this project.

We are building a community for inclusion and success!
A community grows and develops when its members share useful professional experiences with others. This is what we did during the professional development workshop, which was attended by teachers from the Tulcea Children's Palace, the Babadag Children's Club and the Măcin Children's Club.
”Community for inclusion and success” - an activity to share good practices in the field of inclusion and coaching in which educational practices and techniques applied by the teachers who participated in the European training courses within the KIS project were presented.

Our journey in search of the keys for inclusion and success continues. We have found many of them in the European training courses, but it is necessary to test them and choose the right ones.
So we have begun the process of experimenting with the educational practices learned. We are applying, we are evaluating and we are developing our practices. But we don't forget to share it with our colleagues in the organization.
The "Relay of the Keys" activity gave us the opportunity to present to them what educational techniques and practices of inclusion and coaching we have applied to the groups of students we work with.

We had the opportunity to share our Erasmus+ training experiences at the County Seminar "Tulcea schools on the Erasmus Plus map" organized on Friday, October 14, 2022, by the Tulcea County School Inspectorate on the 6th Edition of the .
