WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage daily office operations and administration

Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supplies

Organize company documents and maintain accurate records

Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Handle invoices and supplier communication

Assist with accounting activities and financial documentation

Help ensure the office runs efficiently every day

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in Office Management

Accounting knowledge and experience handling invoices and financial records

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks

A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
