We’re excited to welcome to the Unfiltered Festival for the very first time.

What started as a group of friends brewing at home turned into one of Luxembourg’s most exciting craft breweries. Founded in 2017, Totenhopfen has quickly made a name for itself across Europe, collecting awards and building a reputation for experimental and perfectly balanced beers.

Already a resident of Unfiltered Festival, returns as our beer partner once again this year.
You already know the wild creations that come out of their lab, now it’s time to see what new experiments they’re bringing to the table for this edition.

Our neighbours from Sofia Electric are back at Unfiltered again this year.

Simo will be joining us, he first got into home brewing during his university days in Sofia. Although life eventually pulled him away from brewing and into the world of IT, he found his way back to fermentation, where his passion truly belongs.

will be here, of course, showing off their latest with their freshest troublemakers, loud, and impossible to ignore.

Another top brewery from Bologna, Italy, will join us this year at Unfiltered.

Ca’ del Brado’s idea is to create, ferment, and age beer worts using unconventional wild yeasts, bacteria, and maturation in wooden barrels with different characteristics. The founders—Luca, Andrea, and Matteo—believe that producing this type of beer, rooted in ancient tradition yet full of possibilities for experimentation, is a natural extension of Italian craftsmanship, rich in typical products, closely tied to the territory, and deeply connected to the world of wine.
