What started as an idea to bring an international craft beer festival to Timișoara has grown into something much bigger: a meeting point for people, cultures, ideas, and stories from all across Europe, all connected by the love of craft, creativity, and, of course, great beer. 🍻

A huge thank you to Centrul de Proiecte for opening their space to us and believing that beer can be culture, a way of bringing people together, creating conversations, sharing traditions, and building connections across borders. Timișoara has always been a place where cultures meet, and we’re proud to add our little chapter to that story.

We’re also incredibly grateful to the industry specialists who stand beside us with some of the best ingredients in the world: Baltic Brewing Supplies and NZ Hop Growers . Their work, knowledge, and dedication help bring exceptional raw materials to brewers in Romania and play an important role in pushing our local craft beer scene forward. 🌱🍺

And last, but definitely not least, Lallemand Brewing a partner who has been with us since the very first edition of the festival. Thank you for encouraging us to keep going, and sharing your expertise with our community year after year.
From workshops and discussions to the latest discoveries and research from around the world, you always bring something new to the table and, most importantly, you give your time and knowledge generously to brewers and beer lovers alike.

And to complete the list and the tasting experience we’re excited to welcome local cider producers Casa Despi 🍎🥂

They’ll be showcasing their two ciders, crafted following an old Normandy recipe using the freshest apples from Timiș County, grown by Casa Despi themselves.

And that’s not all! Their fruit truck will also be joining us, bringing delicious fresh juices and fruit combinations, all made with fruit grown right on their own land. 🍏🍐🍎

Meet Fool Moon: a dynamic duo united by a shared passion for creating unforgettable mead experiences. Alen and Aurora bring a family legacy and an innovative vision to the art of meadmaking, crafting every bottle with skill and creativity.

Alen is the heart and hands behind Fool Moon's flavors, blending honey, fruit, and botanicals with a family winemaking tradition passed down for over a century, balanced with a bold, experimental spirit.

Aurora is the organizational force keeping it all grounded, managing finances, operations, and strategy since 2020, so Alen can focus on the craft.

Together, they turn a family legacy into a fresh take on mead, one bottle, one drop at a time.

Founded in 2014 as a gypsy brewery, Horizont took over an abandoned factory building in Budapest in 2016, a place where beer had already been brewed back in the 1930s. They were the first mid-European brewery to win the Alltech Craft Beer Cup in Dublin in 2017, and haven't stopped collecting medals since. Today the team produces around 30 new beers a year, including barrel-aged batches, limited series with real fruit, and adventurous recipe experiments. Curiosity, reliability, and a whole lot of badass in every sip.
October 24th, Unfiltered Festival, Timișoara.

One sunny day in 2017, a Frenchman named François opened a brewery in Buzău, already in love with Romania and the wild landscape at the foot of the Carpathians. Coming from a brewing family in France and Belgium, he built One Beer Later from scratch, and it's been growing ever since: a diverse range of craft beers, all brewed with Romanian malt, from traditional recipes to barrel-aged experiments.
