The short term staff training - "Methodology and Good Practices Exchange of the Best Training Methods for Prison Staff" is a good opportunity for prison staff from Romania, Turkey, Moldova and representatives of Portuguese partners Universidade da Beira Interior and Innovative Prison Systems to share good practices and create new exercises for developing the prison staff transversal skills of innovation, entrepreneurship, communication and teamwork.

O evento de formação "Methodology and Good Practices Exchange of the Best Training Methods for Prison Staff" foi uma boa oportunidade para o staff prisional da Roménia, Turquia, Moldávia e representantes dos parceiros Portugueses - Universidade da Beira Interior e IPS_Innovative Prison Systems - partilharem boas práticas e criarem novos exercícios para o desenvolvimento de competências transversais como a inovação, empreendedorismo, comunicação e trabalho em equipa de staff prisional.

Evenimentul de formare profesionala de scurta durata "Methodology and Good Practices Exchange of the Best Training Methods for Prison Staff" este o buna oportunitate pentru personalul din penitenciarele din Romania, Turcia si Moldova precum si pentru reprezentantii partenerilor portughezi Univesidade da Beira Interior si Innnovative Prison Systems sa schimbe bune practici si sa creeze noi exercitii pentru dezvoltarea abilitatilor transversale ale personalului din penitenciare precum inovare, antreprenoriat, comunicare si munca in echipa.

The IDECOM project is developing prison staff innovation during the C4 short term joint staff training course in Lisbon, Portugal. Penitentiary workers from Moldova, Romania and Turkey are working together on developing new methods, techniques and training courses for correctional workers.

Looking to exchange of knowledge, experience and practices...

On the 5-th of July 2017, in Timisoara, the E4 event, representing the final conference of the IDECOM project took place at Hotel Continental. Timisoara Penitentiary was the proud host of the activity, alongside the project partners CPIP, Romania, Department of Penitentiary Institutions, Republic of Moldova, West University Timisoara,Romania, IPS - Innovative Prison Systems, Portugal, Universidade da Beira Interior, Portugal, National Administration of Prisons and Detention Houses, Turkey.
During the conference the project partner's representatives had the opportunity to present the results after 3 years of intensive labor. The most important outputs were fully presented. Important topics were approached such as: prison education, transversal skills-innovation, entrepreneurship, ITC, communication and teamwork for prison staff, and the intellectual products created within the consortio during the project in these fields.
The audience was a diverse one, with representatives of the most important institutions in Timisoara, NGOs and international participants from the National Administration of Penitentiaries Serbia, Hungary and Croatia.
It was a successful project carried on by a wonderful team whose noble goals were achieved.

Within the IDECOM project between the 29-th of May until 2-nd June, the C3 short term joint staff training event "Communication ITC and teamwork for prison staff" took place in Ankara, Turkey. Our hosts, the Turkish General Directorate of Prisons and Detention Houses, organized a comprehensive transnational course. At the event, besides their staff which were part of the project national training courses, representatives of Timisoara Penitentiary-Romania, Department of Penitentiary Institutions-Moldova, CPIP-Romania, Romanian Center for Penitentiary Studies-West University Timisoara, participated and collaborated in developing skills for prison staff. Visits to the Ceza ve Tevkifevleri Genel Mudurlugu trainig center enhaced the training component and besides this there were work visits to Ankara Open prison and the Ankara Prison Museum "Uluncanlar".

Çoğaltıcı Etkinlik E9- Romanya Ulusal Geçerlilik Çalıştayı Temeşvar, Romanyada gerçekleştirildi. Etkinliğin amacı, IDECOM Projesinde ortaklar tarafından geliştirilen el kitapları ve öğrenme yönetim sistemi platformunun geçerlilik ve yaygınlaştırılmasının sağlanmasıydı. Bu fikri çıktılar cezaevi personelinin, yenilikçilik, girişimcilik, iletişim, takım çalışması be BİT gibi çapraz beceriler konusunda eğitimi üzerine odaklanmaktadır. Etkinliğe 25 farklı kurum, STK ve cezaevinden temsilciler katılmıştır. Alınan geribildirimler çok olumludur ve çalıştay başarıyla tamamlanmıştır.
Multiplier Event E9-Romanian National Validation Workshop was held today in Timisoara, Romania. The aim of the event was dissemination and validation of manuals and learning management system platform developed by partners during the IDECOM project implementation. These intellectual outputs are focused on training the prison staff in field of transversal skills like innovation, entrepreneurship, communication, ITC and teamwork. At event attended 25 participants from different institutions, NGO’s, and prisons. Participants' feedbacks were very positive and the event was held on successfully.

Evenimentul de multiplicare E9 – Workshopul Național de Validare (România) a avut loc astăzi la Timișoara, România. Scopul evenimentului a fost diseminarea și validarea manualelor și a platformei de management a învățării dezvoltate de parteneri în timpul implementării proiectului IDECOM. Aceste rezultate intelectuale se axează pe instruirea personalului din penitenciare în domeniul competențelor transversale precum inovarea, antreprenoriatul, comunicarea, TIC și munca în echipă. La eveniment au luat parte 25 de participanți din diferite instituții, ONG-uri și închisori. Opiniile participanților au fost foarte pozitive și evenimentul a avut un real succes..

Multiplier Event E11-Validation Workshop of IDECOM Project was held on in Ankara, İlci Residence Otel 17th of May 2017 with 20 participants from different ministries and institutions and NGO's members. Project outputs and training manuals which were developed by partners are shared with participants. It was so efficient and fruitful event. Participants' feedbacks were very positive and the event was held on successfully.
IDECOM Projesinin E11- Çoğaltıcı Etkinliği ve Geçerlilik Çalıştayı, farklı bakanlık, kamu kurumları ve STK temsilcilerinin katılımıyla 17 Mayıs 2017 tarihinde Ankara İlci Residence Otelde gerçekleştirildi. Proje çıktıları ve ortaklar tarafından geliştirilen el kitapları katılımcılarla paylaşıldı. Oldukça etkili ve faydalı geçen çalıştay, katılımcılardan alınan olumlu geribildirimlerin ardından başarıyla tamamlandı.

Today Timisoara Penitentiary was the proud host of the Short Term Joint Staff Training event C1 "Entrepreneurship for prison staff" under the IDECOM project.
Following the opening word from the host representative, the Romanian Center For Prison Studies trainers Florin Lobont and Bianca Dramnescu held a comprehensive introduction into the theoretical aspect of developing competencies for the prison staff in entrepreneurship.
The first day ended with 3 mixed-teams (Moldova-Romania-Turkey) creating 3 conjoint business canvas proposals.
