Larisa has been part of Everience Romania since 2013, practically since day one. Currently working as a Referent, Larisa has seen the company evolve from its "beta version" into what it is today, always bringing dedication and a great sense of humour along the way.

Outside of work, Larisa enjoys creative moments with her children (when everyone's patience allows it, of course😄), a good book or TV series, and meaningful conversations with friends.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting international students and academic partners as part of the project "Resilience and Agility – a Transformative Power for a Dynamic and Forward-Thinking Workforce."

Together with representatives from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara, Birmingham City University (UK), and Christian University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands), we explored how organizations can build resilient, agile, and future-ready teams.

Using the IT Service Desk environment as a case study, students proposed innovative ideas focused on adaptability, stress management, emotional intelligence, and continuous learning – reinforcing an important message: resilience is a skill that can be developed.

A big thank you to all students, academic partners, and our colleagues Oriana Bain, Alexandru Ciurean, and Alina Margarit for making this experience possible. Special thanks to Prof. Denisa Abrudan and FEAA for this valuable collaboration.

For the past 4 years, Lucia has been supporting our clients as a Service Desk Consultant with French and English. Transitioning from a network configuration job to a people-focused technical support role, Lucia has combined her previous expertise with a natural drive for helping others.

We are proud to have recently hosted at Everience Romania a group of international students and academic partners, part of the project: 𝐇𝐑𝐌, 𝐀 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, held between May 18–21 in partnership with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara.

Under the theme “Future Skills for a Sustainable Organization in the AI Era”, students from Ravensbourne University London, HWZ University Zurich, and FEAA Timisoara explored one of today’s most relevant business topics: the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Human Resources Management.

During the program, participants discussed:

➡️ The future skills employees need in order to support sustainable and competitive organizations in the AI era;
➡️ How AI can enhance strategic HR processes while keeping a strong human-centered approach;
➡️ The growing importance of AI readiness, Cybersecurity, Ethical AI governance, and GDPR compliance in building responsible digital organizations.

A big thank you to all students, professors, and colleagues involved for the inspiring exchange of ideas, collaboration, and forward-thinking perspectives, as well to Oriana Bain (Recruitment Specialist), Alex Ciurean (Training Specialist), and Gabriela Lapadusa (Recruitment Specialist) for facilitating the sessions throughout this project and for sharing their expertise on the subject.

𝐈𝐬 𝐀𝐈 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?

Mass automation, loss of control, skills becoming obsolete… In public debate, AI is still widely seen as a threat to jobs.

Yet, as 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐲 (Deputy General Manager of Everience Group) points out, this concern is not new in the history of work.
In his article, “What AI Is Really Doing to Work,” featured in our latest Symbiotic Magazine, Romain challenges us to rethink AI, not as a force that makes skills obsolete, but as the mirror that reveals it.

Duminica trecută, echipa Everience Romania a alergat la Timotion, unul dintre cele mai mari evenimente sportive dedicate mișcării și comunității din Banat.

Fie că au ales curse de 3 sau 5 km, pe roți ori alături de familie, colegii noștri au demonstrat că determinarea merge mână în mână cu un stil de viață activ. 🙌

Anul acesta susținem proiectul „Potecile Reșiței”, inițiat de Asociația Bike Attack Reșița, dedicat întreținerii și semnalizării traseelor conectate la Via Transilvanica și promovării turismului activ. 🌿🚴‍♂️
Împreună, facem pași pentru o comunitate activă și mai conectată!
