Our Zacuscă Gose beer, just in time to keep you cozy this winter! Crafted in collaboration with Chef Ioan Bebeșelea, this red pepper and aubergine spread-inspired brew is your ultimate winter essential.

To celebrate, we’re hosting a contest to find the best zacuscă in town.

-Your spread must be homemade (local grandmas count too).
-To keep it fair, we’re talking red pepper and aubergine spreads only.

Register your zacuscă on Saturday, between 17:00 and 17:30, and let Chef Ioan Bebeșelea judge your creation.
