Last Saturday, we brought the foam to The Color Run Romania and Timișoara brought the energy.

Perfect weather, colourful chaos, good vibes and thousands of people turning the city into the happiest 5K. Ness was proud to join the fun as a partner, with our foam activation adding even more bubbles to an already unforgettable day.

We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to build robust automation frameworks, drive performance testing, and ensure quality across Web, APIs, and databases.

What you’ll do (in a more logical order than Alice):
• Design and develop automation & performance solutions
• Build and maintain reliable test frameworks (Selenium + Python)
• Create test strategies, plans, and cases
• Lead testing efforts and guide QA teams
• Work closely with dev teams in Agile environments
• Drive quality through data, metrics, and continuous improvement

What you bring:
• 4-5+ years in software testing
• Strong automation experience
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies & best practices
• Experience with Python, Selenium, APIs, SQL, and distributed systems
• Bonus: cloud, microservices, containers

We are proud to be a partner of Timișoara Revoluționară, the new platform that puts the city’s innovation, stories, and global impact in the spotlight.

Launched last month at Cinema Timiș, the initiative brings together over 30 local companies and more than 400 representatives from the public sector, business, academia and community to share a different narrative about Timișoara, one that highlights technology, industry, research, sustainability and the real achievements happening here every day.

At its core, Timișoara Revoluționară is about making visible the people, teams and ideas that shape the city’s future and contribute to innovation far beyond its borders.

We believe initiatives like this play an important role in strengthening local pride, amplifying the work of our partners, and showing how places like Timișoara are not just on the map, they are shaping what comes next.

Last week, our colleagues took part in a training session titled “Improving Communication Under Pressure – When Stress Speaks,” delivered by Dr. Ana Moise.

This session focused on understanding how stress influences communication, decision-making, and team dynamics, and, more importantly, how to respond consciously rather than react automatically.

Through practical insights and real-life scenarios, participants explored tools for staying clear, constructive, and empathetic even in challenging situations.
Strengthening communication, especially under pressure, helps us build stronger teams and healthier collaboration.

Last week, the Ness Romania team visited three high schools in Iași, Liceul "Profesor Mihai Dumitriu" Valea Lupului, Iaşi,
Colegiul Tehnic „Mihail Sturdza” din Iași and Liceul Teoretic ”Comandor Alexandru Cătuneanu” Lunca Cetățuii, to engage with young women and inspire them to consider a career in IT.

Our goal was to open a conversation about what a career in technology really means, the opportunities in IT, and the importance of exploring this dynamic and rewarding field. A special thanks to our colleague Angela Crăciun, who shared her personal experience in IT, talked about the challenges and advantages of the profession, and inspired the students with real-life examples.

We believe that early exposure to authentic role models can make a real difference in shaping future career choices and we are proud to be part of this journey.

🪩 Last month, we came together to celebrate something truly special: 10 years of Ness Timișoara. A decade filled with meaningful projects, teamwork, challenges turned into opportunities and colleagues who have shaped not only our local centre, but also solutions used around the world.

Looking back, what stands out most is the stability, the collaboration, and the people who made these years possible. 🤜 🤛 Every milestone, every delivery or breakthrough moment happened because of teams who trust each other and bring their best to the table, day after day.

As part of Ness Romania and the global Ness community, Timișoara has grown into a strong, reliable, and talented hub, contributing to projects across industries and supporting customers worldwide. 🏆
