Having data is powerful. Knowing how to tell the story behind it is what makes people listen.
One of the biggest mistakes in product and tech is assuming that numbers speak for themselves. They donβt. π€¨
You can have the right insights, the right metrics, and the right solution, but without clear communication and strong storytelling, your idea can still be ignored. π
And most importantly, when you adapt the story to your audience. Great product, people donβt just present dashboards.
What do you think matters more: the data itself or the way itβs communicated? π

Some teams donβt fail because they lack vision or skill. They fail because they donβt mean the same thing when they say the same words. π§©
At PROW, Mihaela Draghici brings a perspective shaped by 15 years of building global B2B and B2C products across education, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, and automotive.
Working inside complex organisations, alongside engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders, she kept seeing the same friction point: alignment breaks down not in strategy decks, but in how people interpret the work. π
With a background in linguistics and product leadership, Mihaela focuses on what usually goes unnoticed, the language teams use, the assumptions they carry, and how meaning gets lost between functions.
Her work is about making that layer visible, so teams can move with clarity and make better product decisions, faster. πͺ
