For the Garden Edition goodie bag, we included coffee roasted by their own team, with origins in Brazil, a small introduction to the world of a local brand we believe deserves to be discovered.
For us, supporting local entrepreneurs goes beyond partnerships. It means making space for them within the David’s Protocol experience and bringing them closer to our community.

We don’t want to create business events with people. We want to create business events for people.
Spaces where you can feel at ease. Where conversations start naturally, without stiffness and without the feeling that you have to “network”.
Because people connect differently when they’re relaxed. They smile more. They open up. They ask better questions. They stay in a conversation because they genuinely enjoy it, not because the agenda tells them to.
That’s what we aim to create at David’s Protocol: a business setting where meaningful interactions can begin in the most natural way.
And sometimes, the photos say it better than we ever could.
We’ve noticed that some of the most authentic connections happen when people are relaxed and the conversation no longer needs a format.
That’s why, together with , we created a Networking Lounge for Garden Edition, a space where participants could continue their conversations at a different pace, pause for a few minutes, or simply discover a new conversation.
A place designed for the more relaxed side of networking, one that blended naturally into the atmosphere of Garden Edition.

Probably one of the last summer evenings of the year.
And it’s hard to imagine a better way to spend it: in a garden, surrounded by good conversations, new people, music, and the atmosphere of Garden Edition.
For Garden Edition, we wanted to create a complete experience, where every detail contributed to the atmosphere of the evening.
ro helped us highlight the beauty of the chosen venue and bring that extra touch of elegance and refinement that complemented this edition so well.
The floral arrangements became part of the evening’s visual identity and of the way we shaped the entire experience.

It all started with the desire to make networking easier.
To remove the stiffness, the awkward moments, and the feeling that you have to “force” a conversation.
That’s why, at David’s Protocol, we created a relaxed and premium setting where people can feel at ease and genuinely enjoy interacting with one another.
Speed Networking, strategic matching, gamified elements, good music, a glass of Prosecco, and enough informal moments for conversations to happen naturally.
Because when the atmosphere is right, networking no longer feels like an effort. It becomes an enjoyable experience.
The value of a business networking evening is reflected in the connections that continue after the event is over.
At Garden Edition, we wanted to celebrate one of the most valuable connections made that evening with a moment worthy of our anniversary edition.
An active member of the David’s Protocol community, .alma received the Diamond Match prize offered by : a gold and diamond piece of jewellery. It was a joy for us to see her at the heart of this special moment.
The prize came with the excitement of discovering a connection selected especially for her.
A spectacular entrance, an unexpected way of serving caviar, and a nomadic bar that instantly became one of the experiences of the evening.
Refined, unconventional, and just surprising enough, the moment complemented the atmosphere of Garden Edition exactly as we imagined it: with a touch of indulgence and something you don’t usually encounter at a business event.

Speed Networking is one of those moments where you can get a lot of value in a short amount of time.
You get the chance to practice your pitch several times: to explain more effectively who you are, what you’re building, and what you’re looking for.
At the same time, in a single session you get to discover almost half of the people attending the event. That means you can quickly get a sense of the businesses present and identify much more easily the people worth continuing the conversation with.
For us, this is one of the most important roles of Speed Networking: helping you get faster to the conversations that genuinely have the potential to go further.

Garden Edition was, first and foremost, about celebrating David’s Protocol. About the community that has grown over this past year and the people who chose to be part of it.
That’s why one of the things that meant the most to us at this anniversary edition was seeing so many of our members return. People who have attended our events before, who already know the format, and who continue to choose to be part of the experience.
For us, this is one of the most valuable signs that David’s Protocol has become more than just another business event.
