Mr. Cristian Ovidiu Mateescu, Trade & Investment Promotion Counsellor at the Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade, and Ms. Clara Suzana Râpan, Vice Consul of Romania in Germany, stopped by the stand — a signal that Romanian precision manufacturing is being taken seriously at the European sourcing level.

Most steel housings with internal channels are still machined from billet.

Process engineers and quality teams often evaluate plasma nitriding based on the initial process price.

That number does not represent total process cost.

Plasma nitriding runs at lower temperatures than the salt bath. Less distortion. Which means less re-machining, tighter dimensional control, and lower rejection rates. And no hazardous waste disposal cost — ever.
