As much as I love being in the studio, creating new music and getting lost in new ideas, sometimes you simply need to step away for a while.
And that time begins now: a little break to breathe, recharge and make room for fresh inspiration. Somehow, travelling always brings new impressions and creative impulses — and sooner or later, they usually find their way into the music.

A little glimpse behind the scenes…
I’m currently choosing the next RIES single for October 9 — and there are three songs in the running.
One of the songs I’ve just finished mastering is "The Moment". It’s a quieter, more relaxed song that feels a little like the last light of summer.
This time, it isn’t about facing the shadows. It’s about allowing yourself to breathe. To sit by a lake, by the sea, or beside someone you love — and to be fully present while something beautiful is happening.
Not every moment needs to become a memory before we understand how precious it was.
