We’re a small agency with outside the box ideas. We’re all about colours, fonts, design but most of all we’re all about the people.

Specialized in branding, we try to capture the essence of your business and portray it in a way that represents you.

Noaptea Companiilor in Sibiu is one of the projects closest to our hearts.

It challenges us creatively. Strategically. Logistically.
And that is exactly why we love it.
For this event, we are building each year one of our most complex 360° campaigns. All media. All channels. One cohesive story.

From concept to ex*****on, from digital to offline, from strategy to last-minute adrenaline.

A big thank you to everyone involved — partners, collaborators, teams, and all the people who make this happen. It takes vision, trust and a lot of energy to build something like this together.

Pop Art was born from a lucid act of defiance.
In the 1950s–60s, when art stepped down from the pedestal and entered ads, comics, and TV, it rewrote the rules of visual language. From Andy Warhol to Roy Lichtenstein, Pop Art understood something essential early on: attention is cultural currency.

Today, Pop Art is no longer just history. It’s a working system for visual communication.
Bold colors create clarity. Repetition builds memory. Familiar imagery shortens the distance between message and audience. What once challenged “high art” now shapes branding, advertising, and digital culture.

In a world of endless scrolling, Pop Art still wins.
Because impact isn’t about complexity, but about saying things clearly, boldly, and without apology. 🎨⚡

🎁 What Was Inside the Box? An Outside-the-Box Gift, Revisited.

Last Christmas, we created a design inspired by modular and geometric shapes, using our brand colors, and brought it to life on objects meant to be used long after the holidays: a candle, a thermos, a greeting card, a notebook, and a pen. ✨
Rooted in our visual identity, each element comes together as a detail that blends the spirit of the season with our ongoing passion for design, because good design doesn’t end with the holidays.

What thoughtful details stayed with you after Christmas? ❤️

Sometimes a brand truly comes to life only when you step inside the building.
At Retrasib, every room has become a chapter in the same story:
a meeting room with one concept, another with a different energy, a dining room with its own rhythm — all distinct, yet united under the same identity.

We sketched the ideas, translated them into visuals, and brought them to life through implementation.
The result? A series of spaces that function, inspire, and communicate—without words—what Retrasib stands for.

Great branding isn’t about adding more elements — it’s about adding more meaning. ✨
Helian’s brief asked for four animals in the logo. 🐑🐄🐖🐓
Together with the client, we transformed that request into something bigger: a flexible design system. 🌱

A bold, cohesive logo. 🔶
A positive, farm-friendly color scheme. 🌾
And a set of icons derived from the logo’s visual DNA — each one reinforcing the idea that Helian supports every corner of your farm. 🧩

Design with purpose. Branding with clarity. 💛

✨ In this post we want to talk about Constructivism, an art movement that emerged in Russia around 1913 and went on to influence the art world worldwide. Movements like Bauhaus and De Stijl were deeply inspired by it.
Its pioneers, Vladimir Tatlin and Alexander Rodchenko, along with figures like Naum Gabo, Antoine Pevsner, and El Lissitzky, reshaped the role of art in society. Constructivism touched every medium: photography, drawing, painting, sculpture, poster design and more.
For the Constructivists, art was not about emotion or tradition, but about clarity, geometry, and function. Their work still stands as a milestone, teaching us, especially as designers, how to use line, shape, and solid color to build layouts that look modern, sharp, and timeless.
➡️ To create fresh designs today, it’s worth revisiting Constructivism and understanding its principles. It was, and still is, a huge step in abstract and creative thinking and design worldwide
