🚒🤝 CROSSTRAIN | ROHU 256 showed that helping others speaks the same language on both sides of the border.
Recently completed, the project brought together emergency response professionals and volunteers from Romania and Hungary to train, learn from one another, and strengthen cooperation in situations where every minute counts.
Implemented by the Hajdú Speciális Kutató-Mentő Egyesület (HU) and the Asociația ADI Intervenție în Situații de Urgență Nord-Vest Bihor (RO), CROSSTRAIN combined joint trainings, practical exercises, and new cooperation procedures to improve cross-border disaster response.
💬 “The members of our organization and the partners' employees are guided by the same principles, whether they live on one side of the border or the other: to provide help in times of trouble.” - Péter Lukács, on behalf of the Lead Partner
More than skills and procedures, the project strengthened cooperation between people united by the same mission: helping others when they need it most.

💡🌍 INSPIRE | ROHU 283 showed that great ideas grow stronger when people grow together.

Recently completed, the project brought business support organisations from Romania and Hungary together to strengthen the way young entrepreneurs are supported across the border.
Implemented by the Network for Regional Development Foundation (HU) and the Association for Business Promotion in Romania (RO), INSPIRE connected experts, shared good practices, and explored new ways to help entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses.
One of the project's highlights took place in Nyíregyháza and Oradea, where aspiring entrepreneurs worked side by side to develop business concepts, exchange perspectives, and build valuable cross-border connections. 🤝🚀
💬 “One of the highlights of the project was seeing participants from both countries work together to develop their business ideas. It showed that entrepreneurial success depends not only on good concepts, but also on thoughtful implementation and cooperation.” Ivánka-Tóth Dávid, Project Manager, on behalf of the Lead Partner

By strengthening cooperation, sharing expertise, and building lasting partnerships, INSPIRE helped lay the foundations for a more connected entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Romania–Hungary border region.

🚦💛 Safety for Teens – S4T | ROHU 00104 showed that awareness can save lives
Recently completed, the project brought teenagers from Romania and Hungary closer to an issue that affects every community: road safety. But instead of learning through rules alone, young people experienced real-life situations through interactive workshops, simulations, and hands-on activities that made the message impossible to ignore.
Implemented by the Keep Hope Alive Association (RO) together with the Foundation for Generation Z (HU), S4T created opportunities for thousands of teenagers to better understand the risks of unsafe driving, alcohol, and drug use, while encouraging responsible choices both on the road and in everyday life. 🚲🚗
Through school sessions, cross-border workshops, and experience-based learning, the project transformed prevention into something personal, practical, and memorable.
💬“The most important result for us are the young minds we managed to change by presenting the importance of road safety measures, thus preventing possible future accidents.”
- Perecz Hajnal, Project Manager, on behalf of the Lead Partner
More than information, S4T project helped build awareness, responsibility, and a culture of prevention among young people on both sides of the border.
✨ Small changes save lives.

So… how did the reporting indicator sessions go? 👀
68 participants joined our RO & HU webinars to untangle reporting logic and the world of outputs & results.
Some came confident.
Some came with questions.
All came ready to make sense of it.
Good news: we did. ✅

Her dedication? Beyond any doubt. 🐾
Thank you to everyone who joined, asked honest questions, and brought real challenges to the table. That’s what makes these sessions matter.
✨And remember: when in doubt… reach out - so you always land on your feet. 🐾🐱
