Between 11.05-17.05.2026 was implemented in Madeira the Erasmus+ mobility for youth workers Impact Camp. A week dedicated to visibility, impact, storytelling, and many other topics such as fundraising, media and promotion online/offline. The activity was funded by European Union.

Between 22.04-28.04.2026, attended the CORE Training( Commmunication, Meditation & Conflict Resolution in Youth Work) a 6-day international training course organised by Associação Juventude de Vila Fonche under its Erasmus+ Accreditation in the youth field. It brought together youth workers, volunteers and partner organisations working with young people with fewer opportunities. Through collaborative learning and non-formal education, the course focused on: Communication in youth work (clear, inclusive, intentional communication) Mediation and conflict resolution (tools, attitudes, and facilitation skills) Teamwork & group dynamics (building cooperation and preventing escalation).

Beetwen 12-18.04.2026 was implemented in Alicante, Spain TC FACILITATION BEYOND THE VISIBLE

Facilitation is not only about objectives, methods and activities. It is about constant, often invisible decisions that determine whether a youth work process is safe, inclusive, meaningful and sustainable.
These decisions include:
• when to intervene and when to step back
• who to listen to first
• which conflict to address and which to hold • how to set the rhythm of a process
• where professional limits are
• what the group needs now, not in theory

Becoming a Safe Adult was an immersive 7-day training course for youth workers hosted by Amazonas. It focus on emotional awareness, regulation, support, and empowerment, aimed at strengthening participants’ personal capacities for supportive youth work. The course took place in the peaceful mountain village of Fužine, Croatia, from 17th to 24th March 2026, and brought together 20 participants from programme countries.
The training was designed to strengthen participants’ capacity to be grounded, emotionally aware, and relationally attuned adults who can create safe, empowering environments for themselves and for the young people they support. Through experiential and body-based methods, participants learn to recognise their internal states and understand emotional signals. By strengthening their personal capacities, they will be able to act as safer and more reliable adults for the young people they support.

From Ideas to Action was a Partnership Building Activity (PBA) focused on Social Innovation, designed to bring together experienced professionals and organisations committed to developing innovative responses to social challenges at local, national and European levels. The project took place in Luso, Portugal, from 9 to 13 March, and provided collaborative space for participants working in social innovation across different sectors, including education, non-formal learning, youth-related work, community development, social entrepreneurship and related social fields. The core purpose of this PBA was to move beyond inspiration and exchange, and actively support participants in transforming ideas into concrete, structured and fundable project concepts. Through facilitated processes, peer learning and hands-on working sessions, participants explored how social innovation can be designed, strengthened and scaled through European cooperation. The holiday season is a time of reflection, gratitude, and community. As we wrap up another year, we want to express our sincere gratitude and close the year 2025 with 23 international Erasmus+ mobilities and 2 local/national projects reaching over 1935 beneficiaries. Between 14.12.2025-21.12.2025 attended the sport related mobility Playbook, in Llinar del Valles, Spain. An active week full of sport activities for youth workers and teachers.

Beteeen 20-25.10.2025 attended the contact making seminar in Alicante- Spain. A great context to know new partners and build new projects.

Between 4-12.10.2025, was implemented in Bulgaria Green Compass, an Erasmus+ project that empowered youth workers to integrate
sustainability into their everyday practice.

The 7-day training course utilizeed the European Sustainability Competence Framework (GreenComp) to guide youth workers in developing the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that inspire young people to engage with sustainability issues in meaningful ways.

Participants took part in interactive
workshops, outdoor learning in nature, and
study visits to local sustainable businesses and initiatives in the Bansko region. These
experiences connect theory with practice
and provide inspiration for real-world
applications in their own communities

Between 29.09 and 05.10.2025, is implemented the "Re-Treat Seminar" which takes place in Puntas de Calnegre- Spain, bringing together youth workers, leaders, trainers, and NGO representatives committed to rethinking and strengthening the role of youth work in response to today’s global challenges. With young people increasingly affected by issues such as climate change, mental health struggles, insecurity caused by wars, and the rise of hate speech, this project created a much-needed space for reflection, exchange, and professional development. The seminar explored the most pressing challenges young people face, assessed how organizations are adapting their approaches and tools, and considered how youth workers can grow personally and professionally to respond effectively while safeguarding their own well-being. + Ngo Elastic
