The start of a new academic year is always a special moment. 🎓

Today, we were happy to once again take part in the opening ceremony at Facultatea de Informatica Iasi, and to share a few warm thoughts with the students as they begin this new chapter.

We were also glad to support the awards celebrating those who achieved excellent results last year, a small gesture to say that effort and dedication deserve to be recognized.

To all the students starting this year: we're cheering you on. Stay curious, don't be afraid to aim high, and enjoy the journey ahead!

There's something about being in the same room that no call can quite replace. 🤝

Two weeks ago, we welcomed ContactCenter4All to our office for a few days, one of the regular in-person syncs that have become a real highlight of the way we work together.

The days were full: aligning on what matters, talking openly about what's working and what's next, and making decisions right there in the room. You just don't get that momentum over a screen.

And once the meetings wrapped, the time we shared outside them only made the collaboration stronger, as it always does.

Last week, we marked the International Programmers' and Testers' Days the way we like best: together. Our team gathered at the office over sweets with a fun techie twist, a small thank-you to the software and quality assurance engineers behind everything we do.

AI might be lending a hand with the work these days, but gatherings like this are a happy reminder of who's really at the heart of it all: our people.

These days, AI lends a hand with the heavy lifting, but the vision behind great software is still entirely human. It takes a curious mind to guide it, and a skilled one to know what "good" really looks like.

To programmers everywhere, and to our own wonderful team: thank you! For your creativity, your judgment, and the care you put into building things that make life a little easier for the rest of us.

Today is International Testers' Day, a chance to celebrate the people who make sure the things we build are reliable, smooth, and ready for the real world. Quality assurance engineers ask the tricky questions, leave nothing to chance, and genuinely care about getting things right.

And while AI now helps with the routine checks, it's the engineer's judgment that makes all the difference. With the repetitive handled, they can focus their sharp thinking exactly where it matters most.

That's exactly what our recent workshop, Healthy Connections, was for. Wrapped in a fresh, fruity theme, it came down to one honest question: what's actually in our hands?

Together, the team reconnected and shared what each of them brings and what they need to do their best work. They looked at everything on their radar and sorted it into what they can control, influence, or simply let go of, and turned good intentions into small, shared commitments to build on from here.

Today we had an Iced (Or Not) Coffee Day at the office, with freshly made cups served cool and refreshing or warm and cosy, so everyone found their perfect match.

There's just something about a good coffee break that makes the day better. A few minutes to step away from the screens, grab your favourite, and catch up with colleagues.

Because a shared cup of coffee always brings everyone a little closer.

That's the spirit of our latest workshop, It Takes Two… or Six. The idea? Get one full team into the same room, our specialists and the client they work with, side by side, and find their rhythm together. The theme? Music. The mission? Getting in sync.

Together they got to know each other beyond the day-to-day, shared how they each like to work, and built their very own team playbook: a set of norms for how they want to collaborate and support one another going forward.

Because the best teams don't work as two sides. They play in the same band. 🤝🎶

Two articles. Three voices from our team. Two sides of software delivery. And more than one year of AI adoption in practice.

Here's what it comes down to:
- AI accelerates the work. Humans own the outcome.
- We use AI where it demonstrably removes friction, not simply because it's available.
- The real shift isn't just speed. It's also what our team gets to focus on when AI handles the routine.

Last week our team enjoyed a different kind of afternoon: rolled ice cream, made fresh on the spot. The rolls kept coming for hours and everyone kept gathering around for more. 😄

There's something about a sweet break in the middle of the workday that just brings everyone together. Stepping away from the screens for a few minutes to pick a favorite flavor and share a laugh with the people you work with really does make the afternoon better.
