The ER-ID is fine for selling into the EU. However, worldwide sales are the most underestimated topic for a start-up. It is not as easy to open a Shopify shop; everything starts by itself. We know that our core customers are worldwide, and the ER-ID will begin reaching out to them by leaving the German/Romanian/European bubble.

The Founders Institute will train many skills to present, opening doors for our Start-Up to be present worldwide. These are my expectations.

𝗢𝗸, 𝗹𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗥-𝗜𝗗 𝗔𝗽𝗽, 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗜. The upcoming feature will turn the ER-ID from a passive to an active safety feature. The first edition will replace the web application. This is the base where we'll develop v͟i͟t͟a͟l͟ ͟m͟o͟d͟e͟l͟s͟ that are becoming active in case of emergency.

The Corporate Design has reimagined our packages, and now it’s time to enhance the ER-ID interfaces. Tomorrow marks our second design day, with implementation set for next week.

This was an amazing first week. We’ll ship 37 E-IDs to Germany, Italy and or sure my dear fellows of Romania after the first full week of operating. The last unsolved in the ER-ID Shop was the delivery. And UPS gave us a hell of a contract.

These two years were a whirlwind of challenges and discoveries.

I’m grateful to everyone who inspired me along the way. Let's hope many add this feature to their garments but never will need it. But if the ER-ID delivers what it was made for: save lives! 💪

Now, I’m diving into something new: selling!

On this final day of the year, I reflect on the significant achievements of ER-ID. One pivotal moment was ordering a GTIN code—my first product recognized globally by every cash register. Yeah!!! 👍

Yesterday, I packed nearly 500 units set to launch on January 15th, 2025. I don't like the packages much. There are too many working steps to close one unit. This needs to be easier and faster. 📦 😥

I’m excited for ER-ID’s journey and hope it enhances your adventures! 🎉

Starting a business is full of traps. Challenge accepted! 👍

The current packaging process takes about two minutes per piece, totaling 2,000 minutes for 1,000 units—almost three days! The first orders will delivered with those packages... 🚚

Next year, I'll switch to pre-folded packages. This will cut the steps down to just sealing and sticking, reducing time to around 30 seconds per piece—just eight hours for all! 🚀

What an exciting adventure for ER-ID lately! 🎉

We've snagged awards even before Demo Day at the 'Stoff im Kopf' Accelerator. A huge shoutout to for helping us validate our concept with top global sports brands and confirming our medical angle.

Plus, we're launching a consumer variant on January 15th! Despite some hurdles, we've hit major milestones.
