LD is an organization that aims to promote an alternative learning space where collaboration and creativity are the main elements to enhance learning.
Learning Designers is a fresh organization that gathers educators/trainers/mentors/coaches /facilitators to design educational programs promoting the importance of creativity, a healthy mindset and lifestyle, social inclusion, active participation, peace education, training design etc. LD aims to promote an alternative learning space where collaboration and creativity are the main elements to enha
nce learning at different levels. Building long term events for trainers/educators, social entrepreneurs and social workers is one of the specific elements of the organization. Another focus of action for LD Romania is health, in a more particular way, mental health. Our initiatives follow the framework of non-formal and global education and we are true believers in experience as a source of learning and self-reflection. Our methods are research based and we are bridging research with practice in the field of education. We believe in professionalism, creativity, collaboration and independence as traits for our actions and we want to provide the space and support for people to implement their ideas. It appeared as a need for having a space where specialists from the field of education would be encouraged to implement and grow their ideas. That is why Learning Designers is working with different actors involved in this field, like: youth workers, PhD students, psychologists and counselors, coaches.

Learning Designers este o organizație care unește educatori/formatori/mentori/facilitatori/ cu scopul de a crea programe educaționale care vizează promovarea creativității, a unui stil de viață/mental sănătos în rândul copiilor, incluziunea socială, participarea activă, educația pentru pace și altele. Dorim să să promovăm un spațiu alternativ de învățare, unde colaborarea și creativitatea sunt elementele principale prin care sporim învățarea la diferite niveluri. Inițiativele noastre urmează cadrul educației non-formale și credem cu tărie că a experimenta și a fi parte din ceea ce se întâmplă este o importantă sursă de învățare și reflecție. Metodele noastre sunt bazate pe cercetare științifică și dorim să unim cercetarea cu practica în domeniul învățării. Echipa noastră este formată din psihologi, formatori, consilieri, educatori, lucrători de tineret, studenți doctoranzi.
