📢 Growee își extinde echipa! Căutăm un Sales Development Representative (SDR) care să ne ajute să identificăm și să deschidem conversații cu companiile potrivite din România.

Rolul este focusat pe cold outreach, calificarea lead-urilor și setarea de demo-uri pentru echipa de fondatori. Dacă îți place zona de sales B2B, îți place să vorbești cu decidenți și vrei să vezi impactul direct al muncii tale, s-ar putea să fie un match foarte bun.

🎯 Ce vei face
▫️Identifici companii din România care se potrivesc profilului Growee (50+ angajați, IT & servicii)
▫️Intri în contact cu decidenți prin email, LinkedIn și telefon
▫️Rulezi campanii de cold outreach & follow-up
▫️Califici lead-urile în primele discuții
▫️Programezi demo-uri pentru fondatori
▫️Actualizezi și menții datele în CRM
▫️Colectezi feedback din piață și îl transmiți către echipă

🧠 Ce căutăm
▫️Abilități foarte bune de comunicare scrisă și verbală în limba română
▫️Capacitatea de a transmite mesaje clare, concise și orientate pe valoare
▫️Disciplină, consistență și ownership în activitatea zilnică
▫️Înțelegere de bază a modului în care funcționează o companie
▫️Deschidere către utilizarea de CRM-uri și tool-uri de sales automation

⭐ Constituie un avantaj
▫️Experiență anterioară în sales B2B / SDR
▫️Experiență în SaaS sau software
▫️Experiență de lucru cu IMM-uri sau companii IT

💰 Pachet de compensație
▫️Salariu fix: 3.000 RON net
▫️Comision: 20% din MRR pentru fiecare client nou (plătit pe primele 6 luni)
sau
40% din MRR pentru fiecare client nou (plătit pe primele 3–4 luni)
▫️Obiective clare și transparente
