✨ Great points to keep in mind when designing a digital product, shared by Kyle Turman from :

1. Your product should solve user’s problem.

You can do that by understanding the context of the user and product's personas, which will help you to frame the problem correctly. Collaborative idea generation, user testing, feedback and validation are also key points, in order to make sure that you’re going in the right direction.

2. User Interface & UX.

Jumping into details too soon can be overwhelming and distracting, that’s why you should always start with wireframes (loose sketches of the screen) to make sure that you have the flows in place. Branding, visuals, user interface design and interaction & motion design can then be built on top of that. Content design and Accessibility it’s also something that you want to take in consideration.

3. Last but not least, collaboration and communication done properly can save you time and money on the long run. Feedback from users and alignment between design and engineering teams is something you should always keep in mind.

We found these ideas really helpful, since they are also part of our process when creating mobile digital experiences for and with our customers.
