📸 Highlights from London Tech Week.

Last Sunday, 9 of our brave colleagues embarked on an journey through the stunning 9 km Scărița-Belioara circuit.

With a medium difficulty level, the hike offered the right balance of challenge and reward, breathtaking views, plenty of laughter, and, of course, a few well-deserved “pause now?” moments along the way.

Together, we stepped out of our daily routines, pushed our limits, and created meaningful memories as a team.

Hopefully, this was just the beginning, and many more adventures will follow.

Our team just got back from Hannover Messe.

In most conversations, one thing kept coming up: companies already have systems that work and the data in place.

The hard part is turning that into something useful for everyday decisions.

That’s where most discussions went:
how to build on what’s already there and make data truly usable.

From predictive maintenance and anomaly detection to better planning, smarter inventory, or just making internal knowledge easier to access.

Nothing overly fancy, but this is where things start to make a real difference.

Overall, a really good week.

Last autumn, we set ourselves a simple goal: to take part in a 6 km cross and started preparing for it.

That’s how it all began and six months later, we motivated each other to take part in the .napoca.marathon .

Some of our colleagues stepped up to 10 km, while others went even further, completing 21 km.

No matter the distance, every achievement deserves recognition. Because behind every kilometer there’s hard work, dedication, and, most importantly, consistency.

Congratulations to everyone involved, we’re proud of you! 👏

Last night we kicked off a new initiative in our team: monthly workshops organized by our colleagues, based on their passions and hobbies.

The first one? A baking workshop led by one of our colleagues who loves creating desserts 🍰

We worked in teams of three, and each team had the challenge of preparing six mini cheesecakes.

Beyond the sweets (which turned out amazing 😄), this was really about something bigger.

At our company, we believe that strong teams are built not only through work, but also through shared experiences. Working in smaller groups gave us the chance to collaborate in a different way, communicate better, and support each other outside our usual roles.

We chose this initiative because we want to encourage our colleagues to express their passions, share what they love, and create a space where everyone feels comfortable bringing more of themselves into the team.

And who knows… maybe along the way we’ll discover new hobbies and inspire each other 👀

December was all about togetherness, our small traditions, and meaningful moments.

From decorating the office and spreading joy through our shoebox initiative, to fun team activities and celebrating the end of the year together, this month reminded us how much we value our people and the time we spend as a team 🥹
