Last day - 19.05.2017

The morning started with an early breakfast and everyone packing and loading their luggage on the bus to Buzau. We were heading to the city for our last day together as a group. On our way there everyone was sleepy and tired after last nights project presentations.
After we left our bags at our new location. Half of the group visited hosting organization and strepreneur initiatives while the others presented our new bussines projects to Buzau Economic College students. Presenting our ideas was fun and we hope we got our messages across to the students. Feeling tired already after the presentations we headed out to eat at a local bistro cafe with everyone. After having lunch we did some sightseeing and headed back to the hotel to get ready for our last evening.
While everyone was still getting ready we played a fun Bulgarian game to pass the time.
At dinner Tolea prepared a surprise for us. It was a pizza party! With ALOT of pizza for everyone. We finished dinner with the reveal of our secret friend game by giving our sceret friend their last gift - The Youth Pass. Everyone was happy and everyone was having a great time. But everything good comes to an end. We had to say goodbye to people we spent hours and hours with. It was very hard especially for the boys to say farewell to their new friends that they had many laughs with. I've never seen so many men crying at once including myself haha.

DAY 7 was a long working day .We continued working on our business plans,videos,magazines and in the end of the day all products were ready so it was a great pleasure to show them in plennary.In the end romanian evening was a great bonus for our work : barbeque,nice food and a taste of romanian tzuika and wine.

DAY 5 was the day of the trip :cultural things,touristic attrations but also very important venues for entreprenoriate examples.Very interesting were the Muddy Volcanoes and then the church and the statues.On the way back we visited agro touristic pensions,info points,agriculture initiatives and wine cellar.Back to casa cu Tei we had dinner and then we socialized,played games and enjoyed the rest of the evening

“ I am entrepreneur in a rural world world “ is a youth exchange that will happen in 11-20 may 2017 in Sarata Monteoru,Buzau ,Romania with 45 participants from 8 countries : Italy,Bulgaria,Greece,Spain,Latvia,Lithuania,Czechia and Romania and will include 18 youngsters with fewer opportunities ( unemployed and poor )
The context is in Europe with a great rate of unemployment that isolated the youngsters and they are not eager to start private initiatives.
The aim of the project is to stimulate entrepreneurship initiatives and increase employability of youngsters from rural areas by awareness of needed competences and identifying business opportunities in rural areas
Main objectives are :
-offering for 45 youngsters from 8 countries a common space of reflection on cultural diversity and cooperation in mobility projects
- facilitation of experiences exchanges and good practices in labour market between youngsters from rural areas and urban areas
-identifying business opportunities in rural areas and the factors
-awareness of youngsters on importance of developing key competences needed for employability or starting a private initiative
-stimulation and encouraging creativity and innovation of youngsters for develop sense of initiative and entrepreneurship
-preparing youngsters thtough nonformal education methods to build a business plan in rural areas
The activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural and study visits in surroundings and in Buzau,intercultural evenings,workshops about how to create a business plan,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing.
The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations .
Main results of the project will be 8 business plans gathered in a brochure and video clips to promote them gathered on a DVD
The impact of the project will be at youngsters’ level by new developed competences, a better understanding of entrepreneurship education and stimulation of active participation and thematic they will assimilate new information how to start,develop and promote a business plan or a private initiative in a rural area.At partners’ and local communities level the impact will be felt by presence of more trained youngsters and more willing to solve communities problems and by getting new tools and methods to promote entrepreneurship.
Sustianability of project and partnership will be provided by communication between partners ,by a common dissemination and exploitation plan and by writing new application in Erasmus + programme.
