-Through their visit at the strawberry farm, children discovered where food comes from by seeing how strawberries grow on plants.
-Walking the fields exposed children to plants like clovers, thistles, camomile and insects like butterflies, ladybirds, beetles or ants.
-Children saw the visual transformation from flower to green berry to ripe red fruit.
-Picking fragile berries required a gentle "pincer grip" that builds finger strength for future pencil control.
-Children were navigating uneven fields, squatting and bending , great for gross motor skills

Book stand 📒📗📕📘Allowing children to purchase their own books builds their personal identity as a reader and fundamentally boosts their motivation to read. When children actively select and buy a book, they transition from passive consumers of adult choices into active, independent learners.
It also introduces children to basic concepts such as money, price and change.

🌞The children's morning routines have been lovingly prepared by their teachers. It's almost 11 am and our children have read the Tidler story, made a fish out of sticks, wool and beads, done math exercises, painted using spring flowers, made puzzles and cooked delicious cheese and dill pies.

Happy Father's Day! 🎈Today we celebrated fathers, we honoured the role of fathers in the family and society. The children came to kindergarten, writing, drawing or doing crafts for their dads. During this time, the mothers took the fathers out for coffee, a picnic, to the movies or spending quality time together. ☕️🍿💕

It's raining! 🌧️
We went for a walk in the forest on a rainy day, answered riddles, listened to birdsong and climbed logs. Then came the indoor activities, in a comfortable setting. We warmed ourselves by the fire, made and ate bread and played in the salt mine. Rain, rain, come again another day! 🌧️

Playing and learning outside is essential for holistic development.

Earth Day is celebrated annually on April 22nd. For early years children, it is a key opportunity to introduce the concept of environmental stewardship through hands-on, sensory-based play. Children learned about recycled materials ♻️ and about steps to protect the planet: planting, pick up litter, conserve energy and water.🌎💚

The beginning of the summer semester, such a joyful time! We are excited to start the summer semester focusing on outdoor activities, learning, development, play, and new adventures.☀️

🐇🌈An Easter egg hunt for the Early Years children is a versatile tool for personal, social and emotional development, developing gross motor skills, problem-solving, and cohesion through active as well as creative play.
