Responsibilities
Develop Robotic Process Automation using AA or UiPath technology;
Develop, configure programs and create scripts and macros that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand;
Self-learner, self-starter, reach out to colleagues when you cannot find a solution;
Identify workarounds, fix bugs and implement changes;
Create project documentation, handover project to operations and post production support;
Manage project delivery throughout entire lifecycle: analyse, plan, design, build, test, deploy, maintain;
Commitment to agreed project timelines;
Reliable reporting of progress, changes, issues, etc.
Qualifications
Technical requirements (mandatory):
Minimum 2-3 year previous software development hands on experience;
Basic understanding of robotic process automation;
Proven knowledge in any major programming language (C #, Java, .net, VBA);
SQL.
Specific competences (desirable):
Automation Anywhere or UiPath certification;
3+ years software development experience.
Other requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (polytechnics, informatics, cybernetics);
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle;
Understanding of waterfall (main) and agile (secondary) methodologies;
Several software projects completed;
Experience with production change control and supporting audits;
Good stakeholder management and communication skills;
Understanding of interaction with corporate applications: SAP, web portals, webmail, office, share point;
Ability to handle customer escalations.

Responsibilities:
Manage large global implementations (technology services products) and be accountable for end-to-end project aspects – collecting design requirements, customer education, setting expectations, process definition, establishing appropriate thresholds, relationship building, on-site implementation workshop delivery;
Serve in SME role during implementation to both assure minimal disruption and to streamline internal and external processes;
Analyze customers’ business requirements and develop innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face;
Develop and review project plan, milestones and design documentation;
Provide coordination with IT to establish data interfaces options with customers, including establishing data specs and evaluating data sets;
Collaborate with offshore team to develop and configure product to customer specifications;
Collaborate closely with technical team and customer’s systems and IT team in connection with data feeds, data mapping, and new system training. Provide guidance to technical leads and developers;
Appropriately record project activities, accurately track and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model;
Raise escalations and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems;
Oversee hand-off to account management upon completion of implementation project.
Requirements:
Excellent overall technical knowledge of different applications (not limited to) ERPs, system integration, workflows, databases, archival systems;
Bachelor’s degree required. PMP/ Prince certification a strong plus;
6-10 years’ experience in tool implementation, project management and account management;
PTP, OTC or RTR process expertise required;
Ability to design complex solutions. Prior development experience will be an advantage;
Knowledge of SAP / ERP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS, RPA, e-Invoicing, OCR, BPM solutions / technologies will be a big plus;
Proficient with Waterfall and/or Agile software development methodology;
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage and mentor project team members;
Strong planning, organizational, time management and leadership skills;
Excellent presentation meeting facilitation, communication (verbal and written) and listening skills;
Strong system analysis and solution architecting skills;
Ability to manage multiple projects and implementations in parallel with appropriate prioritization;
Raise escalations when required and effectively utilize higher management in resolving challenging problems;
Able to work well across departments and skill levels;
Ability to outline goals and outcomes, gather data, brainstorm on solutions, evaluate pros and cons;
Flexibility and willingness to travel. At times it may be extensive and at short notices.
